My name is Allison Traylor and I am an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Clemson University, where I also lead the Advancing Research on Teams (ART) lab. I received my M.A. and Ph.D. from Rice University and my  B.S. in Management and Political Science from Northeastern University.

My research focuses on understanding what facilitates effective collaboration across differences. To address this question, my research uses quantitative and qualitative methods and incorporates work across several sub-domains of industrial/organizational psychology including teamwork, training and development, and diversity and inclusion.

Outside of work, I enjoy running, reading, and spending time with my family.
